  • Reading (Romans 15:7-13)
  • Prayer for Missionaries:
    1. John & Elizabeth Sexton
    2. Sandra Hart & Michelle DeLeon
    3. God grow us towards being a missions-sending church (MTW’s “1%” prayer for November)
  • Partnering with Scott & Ruth Hill (Cherokee):
    1. Discuss the visit from a few weeks ago.
    2. Discuss possibility of supporting them financially (see criteria), and in other ways.
  • Other Missionary Meetings:  Paul & Liz Meiners (Wil's parents) - will be in Murphy 22-27 November
  • Plan for 2017 Mission's dollars:  
    1. We have $1,600 to put toward one or more specific mission's-related needs
    2. Discuss potential for this to go toward Norman Beck's (missionary to Cherokee) financial need (finalize U.S. citizenship)
  • MTW Worldwide Mission's Conference
    1. Nov 10-12 (Fri-Sun), 2017 in Dallas, TX (mtw.org/gmc) 
    2. David & Amy H. planning to attend
  • Book to Read.  "Missions:  How the Local Church Goes Global" from 9Marks.  One chapter per month (see schedule in book), and discuss at each meeting.
