November 2021 Deacons Meeting

1. Opened in Prayer - David Hina

2. Item #1 - Old Business

   1. Sign Design - nothing new to report

   2. Parking Lot - Crisp Asphalt called and they will come out and look at parking lot and send a quote

   3. Picnic - Porta-Potty ordered and paid for will be delivered on Thursday or Friday prior to picnic

   4. Gutters - back side of church still need cleaning…David said James mentioned he would clean

   5. Building - outside cleaning and painting has started

   6. Mowing has ended for season and bank will be weed-eated in November

3. Item #2 - Mercy Ministry

   1. Training continues with Team Members Geoff & Dale Grubb, Keith & Ellie Hendricks and Steve Yount

   2. Carol Donaldson flooding - Steve contacted her and assistance was offered and declined. She has construction crew removing deck and grading properly and then will start on inside.

   3. Still working with Brenda and Janell. Brenda is very faithful on attending. Janell is hot and cold. She is still continuing to see her ex-husband.

   4. Andrew - Pastor was contacted by Andrew for assistance with housing. After investigation of why he was removed (failure to take random drug test) and Andrew voicing his anger towards house and director assistance was declined

4. Item #3 - Other New Business

   1. Picnic - food has been ordered Bar-B-Que, Chicken, Beans, Slaw, Chips & Drinks. Attendees are asked to bring a desert. It starts at 12:30 eating at 1:00

   2. Budget - Budget for 2022 was discussed and prepared for the elders approval
