  1. OLD BUSINESS

    1. Bill Lookabill memorial service.  We should be there prior to 9:30.  Direct people to park at rear of parking lot or entrance to lot leaving room for military honor guard.  Reception following service.

    2. Quarterly Men’s Breakfast…Ideas for speaker….Delayed until after Elders retreat.

    3. Book for Deacons to read?  David to order Pauls Vision For The Deacons by Alexander Strauch

    4. Kilz - Steve to buy.

    5. One set of return air filter grills installed in Sanctuary

    6. Shed at Jennifer Leandro’s house - Byron & Wil constructed last week

    7. Cover for trash bin

  2. NEW BUSINESS

    1. Need to install second set of return grills in Sanctuary

    2. 24 x 24 filters in closet in Sunday School wing.  (thanks Byron!)

    3. Visitation with an elder - elders to discuss

    4. David to send out Financial Report to members

  3. MERCY MINISTRY

    1. Albert in assisted living at the Hermitage 185 Brickfarm Rd. Dillsboro 28779.  Cards & care packages would be appreciated.  David to contact Sylva PCA pastor Phone 470-331-3428

    2. Jeffrey awaiting car purchased to be repaired

    3. Jannel has a car.  Left for Florida and missed work (no call no show) seeing an ex-boyfriend.  Not a good situation
