Deacon's Meeting - December 11, 2023 at 5pm

Present:  Bill Sullivan, David Hina, Steve Yount & Byron Bekken

David opened with Prayer

OLD BUSINESS:

• A & A came out to quote replacement of HVAC Systems quote not received as of yet.  Still need to get another quote from Elliot Heating & Air

• Emergency Exit signs installed and brought to the attention of worshipers.  Fellowship Hall & Class Room exit doors being locked during service

• Member Meeting to discuss budget 2024 will be held on 12/17/2023

• Still need to KILZ painting where needed

• Trash covers will be built and installed by Bill

NEW BUSINESS:

• New outdoor lights have been purchased and received.  Brad & Byron to start working on installing on 12/12

• Changing out Fellowship Hall lights will be installed by Brad & Byon on 12/12.  (only lights that are not working; as ballast fails light will be replaced)

• A & A repaired one unit in Sanctuary and one outside unit.  Need to get new intake grills for the units in Sanctuary so as to install filters there.

MERCY MINISTRY:

• Jeff to work on scheduling a trip to DMV for license

• Any needs for Vickie & Jim?

• Janell to start cleaning Church by herself 2 days a week.  David to discuss with Amy Rasmuson of any known job opportunities for Janell.

• Visits to Terry & Marilyn phone of in person
