Providence Purchase List

The following table lists items that need to be purchased. Not every item to be purchased will go on this list; it should primarily be used for items outside of the church’s “routine” purchases. With each item, the following needs to be annotated: The “Date” the entry was made, an individual “Tasked” to do any research required and to spec out and propose the best item for purchase (if lower cost item, just put the individual who will order the item), and the expected “Cost”. Prior to purchase, the “Notes” field should contain the justification for the item; the notes field should also indicate the current status of the item (planned, approved, ordered, received). Items that have been received will be moved to the bottom of the list and lined through. For any items that are not a simple purchase, but involve maintenance work to be assessed and performed, please use the Providence Maintenance List.

To reach the upper shelves, need solid steps for Claire and others browsing the shelves to use. Must be easily movable, not take up too much space, and sturdy to prevent falls.
