TE David Hina opened in prayer.
A quorum was established.
Member Don Foreacre nominated RE Wil Meiners to serve as clerk for the meeting; there was a second and no objections.
TE David Hina began the meeting with a discussion of the mission of the Church, continuing with a discussion of the resources we have at Providence Presbyterian Church, and concluding with a look forward and a focus for 2016 (see attached presentation).
TE David Hina opened the floor for questions.
RE Wil Meiners and TE David Hina offered prayers of thanksgiving.
RE Wil Meiners made a motion to adjourn; seconded by member Don Foreacre; all were in favor.
