Purpose: Election of Deacons

Quorum: A quorum was established with 29 communing members present.

Open in Prayer: TE David Hina opened in prayer.

1. Summary of process - TE David Hina provided a summary of the process that has gone on up to this point

2. Request for questions - TE David Hina provided opportunity for questions from the membership; there were none.

3. Vote:

   1. TE David Hina explained the voting process for those in person and online. The membership proceeded in casting their votes.

   2. RE Wil Meiners tallied the in person votes and the online votes were tallied by Mary Dunn, member of Faith PCA - Morganton, NC

   3. The vote was nearly unanimous in favor of electing all four candidates.

      1. Rich Carver - 29 votes for, 0 against

      2. Jerry Jenkins - 28 votes for, 1 against

      3. Bill Sullivan - 29 votes for, 0 against

      4. Steve Yount - 29 votes for, 0 against

4. Member Bill Oakley asked a question regarding installation and TE David Hina explained the process for ordination and installation.

TE David Hina closed in prayer.
